Piedmont has over 30 years of experience as a commercial lending brokerage serving real estate investors, owners, and developers.  Piedmont underwrote $193,000,000 in loans last year and originated a $200,000,000 revolver facility with Freddie Mac for a single client. Piedmont is strongly affiliated with some of the largest banks, insurance companies, and commercial lenders in the country.  We have the highest standards and provided quality service.
